We can always count on the Oak Forest High School cheer teams to get the crowd roaring. Within the past couple of weeks, the team has been practicing to perfection for their invitationals, such as the Lincoln-Way Central High School – Knight Invitational, where they won first place. The team will have two more conference meets before performing at the state competition on February 1. Varsity cheerleader Reagan Albin stresses the importance of focus during a competition: “My teammates and I have great times at practices but the best thing about us is that we know when to get back on track. We always strive for perfection at every single one of our conferences.” Good luck to the OFHS cheerleaders in their upcoming performances!
