Cheering on the Bengals

Homecoming was the week of September 24-29, and Oak Forest High School’s cheerleaders trained daily for the special event. The Varsity Cheerleaders were excited to perform under the bright night lights for the Homecoming football game against TF North, in which the Bengals were defeated, 27-0.

Meanwhile, the Junior Varsity cheerleaders were also working incredibly hard to cheer on their peers on the football field. Varsity Cheerleader Reagan Albin, commenting in the lead-up to Homecoming, said, “[W]e are having double practices and working extra hard to perfect our routine. We’ve been growing as a team through bonding activities, and we’ve become a second family.” The cheerleaders were also preparing for their upcoming stunting camp. Good luck to the OFHS cheerleaders, moving forward!
