On February 1-2, the 2019 IHSA State Final Tournament in Cheerleading took place at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington. The Lady Bengals, competing in the Medium division, took 2nd place in the State, their final score of 89.39 putting them less than a point behind the state champs, Grayslake Central, at 90.09.

The Varsity Cheerleading team has a record of outstanding results. As recently as 2016, Oak Forest won State. It has now finished 3rd, 4th, and 2nd in the past three years, respectively.
